TERMS OF CONTRACT

All shipping and veterinary charges are the responsibility of the owner of the bitch. Ovulation tests are advised to assure the highest rate of conception. Bitch is to be current on vaccines and free of parasites.

ALL STUD FEES ARE NONREFUNDABLE.5.Owner of the bitch hereby agrees to provide the owner of the stud with a color photo of said bitch, complete pedigree, copies of hip and eye certifications and/or a letter from a qualified veterinarian that said bitch is free from hip dysplasia, and a letter from a qualified veterinarian stating that said bitch has been tested and found free of brucellosis within 2 weeks of the breeding date.
Owner of the bitch hereby agrees to provide the owner of the stud with a color photo of said bitch, complete pedigree, copies of hip and eye certifications and/or a letter from a qualified veterinarian that said bitch is free from hip dysplasia, and a letter from a qualified veterinarian stating that said bitch has been tested and found free of brucellosis within 2 weeks of the breeding date.6.TWO LIVE and healthy breed standard puppies are guaranteed on bitches seven years of age and younger. ONE LIVE and healthy pup is guaranteed on bitches eight years of age and older. If no live and healthy breed standard puppy(ies) is(are) produced as beforenamed, then the bitch may be rebred on her next heat cycle ("rebreeding"). If no live and healthy breed standard puppy(ies) is(are) produced from the rebreeding, the stud fee is forfeited by the BITCH OWNER. Should no live and healthy breed standard puppy be produced from the first breeding and the BITCH is not rebred on her next heat cycle to the STUD, then BITCH OWNER forfeits the stud fee. NOTE: If the chosen STUD should die, become ill, sterile or too old to reproduce, or severely injured such that it would negate his standing at stud before the rebreeding, BITCH OWNER may choose from another stud listed above or forfeit the STUD FEE. If less than 2 pups survive due to negligence on the part of the owner of the bitch, or due to death from distemper or other disease, or if the litter is culled to fewer than 2 pups, the owner of the stud will not be obligated to give a free return service.

The offer of a free return service is only good for 1 year from the whelping date of the litter of less than two pups or the expected due date. The guarantee of 2 live pups is considered fulfilled when the bitch whelps a total of 2 pups from the original breeding and the free return service(s).

Should said bitch die or become unable to conceive or carry a litter, the owner of the stud is no longer obligated to offer a free return service. Owner of the bitch hereby agrees that the owner of the stud will not be held liable for any illness, accident, fire, theft or death of said bitch while under the care of the owner of the stud.
