Buyer understands and acknowledges that the Breeder has done everything within her power to assure that the purchased dog/puppy will grow to be free of any disabling afflictions, genetic or otherwise. Buyer understands and acknowledges that while Breeder has taken precautions to avoid such happenings, Breeder cannot guarantee that one or more afflictions will not appear at sometime in the dogs life.
Buyer agrees to notify Breeder in the event that any serious health issues occur. Buyer further acknowledges that any health issues are the sole financial responsibility of Buyer and at no time will Buyer expect monetary compensation for any medical treatment the dog may require. Buyer understands and agrees to the conditions set forth by the Contract Of Sale are a binding document and no other compensations are due.

To ensure the safe delivery of one of our kids, all puppies/dogs purchased Internationally will not be shipped cargo. They must be picked up by the buyer or delivered by the breeder at the buyers expense.
