NON-SHOW QUALITY CONTRACT OF SALE
OF&K guarantees dog to be in good health at time of purchase. ________
OF&K guarantees dog to be progeny of dogs free from HD __________
OF&K guarantees dog to be from parents cleared of genetic eyes problems. ______
Buyer must have dog examined by a licensed veternarian within 72 hours of purchase. If dog is to be found in ill health within those 72 hours, Buyer may return dog to OF&K for a full refund. Veternarian report must accompany return of dog. All veterinarian expenses are the responsibility of Buyer. ___________
Buyer guarantees to keep the dog in a safe and secure manner. __________
Seller reccommends attending a minimum of 2 obedience 8 week classes to include puppy kindergarten. ________
Buyer guarantees to have dog OFA certified by 26 months of age and send copies of results to OF&K. Failure to do so will make contract null and void. __________
Buyer guarantees to have dogs eye examined by a Board certified canine Ophthalmologist yearly until 4 years of age and provide OF&K with copies of the results. Failure to do so will make contract null and void. __________
Buyer guarantees to have dog spayed/neutered by 6 months of age. __________
It is understood by Buyer that this dog is sold on a Limited Registration basis. Papers will be given upon proof of spay/neuter from a licensed veternarian. They will be marked as not for breeding meaning Buyer guarantees that dog will NOT be bred prior to spay/neuter and dog WILL be spayed/neutered by 6 months of age. __________
If at any time OF&K detirmines that dog is being abused , neglected or otherwise kept in a manner not in the dogs best interest, OF&K reserves the right ,to repossess dog for the sum of one dollar ($1.00). __________
OF&K reserves the right to cancel sale and refund monies up to time of delivery. ______
BUYER UNDERSTANDS THAT GUARANTEES ARE FOR REPLACEMENT ONLY. AT NO TIME WILL OF&K ISSUE A MONETARY REFUND. ________
