These 10 beautiful acres are located in Teller County, Colorado, just 6 miles from the town of Cripple Creek. About 60% of the property is aspen covered with some pines while the rest is pasture land.  There is a 3 year old 20x20 cabin that is wired for solar. There is a 4 ft wide porch on two sides with one side being covered from the elements. It is insulated with the best insulation on the market, then drywall was hung followed by tongue in groove white pine that has aged to a lovely light cinnamon color. There are 6 large windows, 2 doors and a minimum of 2 outlets on each wall. The kitchen has custom made cabinets professionally hung, a cast iron double sink, 3 year old gas stove converted to propane. The countertop is marble, also professionally installed. There is a 3 year old woodstove designed to heat 600 sq ft. It keeps the cabin toasty. It sits on a floor of flagstone and the wall behind is also stone to reflect heat. The roof is metal.
There is a 8x24 foot chicken/duck house, a 12x36 barn with an 8x12 addition on one end and a 5x12 addition on the other. It was designed as a 3 stall barn but I use one stall for the horse and the other two for my rabbits. The 8x12 addition I use to house the goats and the other end is for storage.
There is no water on the property but there is an artesian well at the end of the drive that is open to the public that has the best water in the state. I've also witched the property and found water in at least 2 locations.
There are ten 20x24x5 kennels with insulated dog houses.
This property offers privacey and solitude while being 10 minutes from Cripple Creek, 20 minutes from Divide and 1 hour 20 minutes from Colorado Springs. We are asking $135,000.
We use this end for the goats
